Ryan Giggs Finds Interest In Coaching Nigeria Super Eagles [ Must Read

Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs has admitted interest in taking one of the vacant Premier League jobs at Everton and Kelechi Iheanacho, Wilfred Ndidi and Ahmed Musa’s Leicester as he eyes first managerial role.

Leicester City and Everton recently sacked their managers after poor starts to the Premier League season and Giggs who left Manchester United as assistant manager in May 2016 when Jose Mourinho was appointed says he is ready to step in, according to Sky Sports.

“I think you look at those two teams, Leicester

being champions two seasons ago, Everton being a fantastic club with a fantastic history, for me

these are clubs I would be interested in.

“There are a lot of coaches out there who would be interested in those positions,” conceded Giggs who won 13 Premier League titles with Manchester United.

“There are clubs in the Premier League which would be good jobs but also in the Championship and League One. It’s more about the philosophy for me than the stature of the club. I don’t think you’re surprised in this climate that clubs change managers so quickly. Obviously, Everton spent a lot of money while Leicester’s owners’ expectations are higher after what they achieved.

“I’ve said all along that I’d be open to clubs which share the ambitions of myself. I want to improve clubs and improve players, to enjoy working for them and for players to enjoy the challenge.” Giggs revealed to Sky Sports

Craig Shakespeare was sacked by Leicester eight games into the season and Everton on Monday parted ways with Ronald Koeman, having guided the club into the relegation zone.
